The Mantra on View Hotel is ideally situated right in Surfers Paradise and just a short walk from the beach, attractions and local restaurants. The hotel includes an on-site restaurant and bar, providing a relaxed dining experience with a focus on local cuisine and fresh ingredients. The hotel amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. Rooms are equipped with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs.

An accommodation block booking has been made at Mantra on View Surfers Paradise and will be available to book via the registration form.

Standard Room including breakfast for 1 person is $190 per night.

Limited hotel guest only parking is available from $20 per day, subject to availability. Additional carparking for Conference delegates is available at the Cypress Ave Council car park, located across the road (approx. $7 per day). Care Car Park, adjoining the hotel is $25 per day. Bruce Bishop Council car park is a 5 minute walk away and parking is approximately $15 per day. Please note rates are subject to change.

Accommodation

From resorts to self-contained accommodation, hotels, motels, cabins and cottages there’s a stay to suit your style and budget in Surfers Paradise. An accommodation block booking has been made at Mantra on View Surfers Paradise and will be available to book via the registration form.

Accommodation Booking Conditions
  • The accommodation rates quoted include GST and are subject to availability at time of booking.
  • The accommodation rate quoted includes one buffet breakfast per day.
  • Rates may increase without notice due to changes in government charges, taxes or levies.
  • The deadline for accommodation bookings through East Coast Conferences is Monday 14 April 2025.

 

Accommodation Payment

Full prepayment of accommodation is required to secure your booking.

Accommodation Availability

Block booking has been made at Mantra on View Surfers Paradise and will be confirmed on a first-in basis. Bookings have been made for the conference dates only (Checking in on Tuesday 3 June and Checking out Friday 6 June 2025). Accommodation can be organised outside these dates on a by-request basis only, and room rates may vary outside these dates. All accommodation bookings are subject to availability.

How to Book Accommodation

To book, complete the online registration form and the conference managers will forward your reservation and full pre-payment to the hotel.

Change of Booking

Any change to a reservation must initially be notified to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note, any changes must be made to the conference managers by Monday 14 April 2025. Cancellations must be made in writing (fees may apply).

Late Arrivals

Please indicate on your registration form or notify the Conference Managers in writing if you will arrive at your hotel after 6pm. Failure to notify of a late arrival may mean that your room will be released, and deposit forfeited.

Arrival Time

Hotel check-in time is 2pm. If you are to arrive before this time it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room. To guarantee a room to be available for an early arrival you will need to pre-book your room for the previous night. If required, please indicate on your registration form. (You will be charged by the hotel for the additional night).

Accommodation Refunds

Any accommodation cancellations received after Monday 14 April 2025 are subject to fees dependent on hotel advise.

Airport

The Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is approximately a 40 minute drive (30 km) and Brisbane Airport (BNE) is approximately a 1hr 30 minute drive (80km) from the Conference venue. There are multiple flights daily to get you to the Gold Coast from international and domestic ports.

 

Light Rail

The closest light rail stop is the Cyprus Avenue, It’s just a short walk to the Mantra.

If you prefer to arrive by road or train, you’ll also find plenty of options, and once you’ve arrived, endless ways to connect to your final destination. From private limousines and airport transfers, public transport including the Airtrain from Brisbane Airport, G:link on the Gold Coast plus taxis, Ubers, buses and the Hopo Gold Coast Ferry. But if you’d prefer to self-drive, there are hire cars to choose from plus scooters and e-bikes to hire once you’ve settled in.
